Progress, before anyone asks.Progress, before anyone asks.

Plan your week in Claude, or in ChatGPT at work. Progask turns it into dates and sorts it into Now, Ahead and Slipped — and never changes a date unless you do.

How it worksIn your AI chat

An example week · open Slipped to see what happens when work slips

  • What did I miss?

    Slipped · ended before today

  • What’s on this week?

    Now · ends this week

  • What’s coming?

    Ahead · ends later

How it works

  1. 01

Every task has a date range.

A start and an end, or one tap for a single day. No statuses to update, no cards to drag, nothing to set up.

  2. 02

Its end date decides where it goes.

Ended before today: Slipped. Ends today or later this week: Now. Later: Ahead. Worked out fresh every time you look.

  3. 03

Your dates change only when you change them.

A slipped task waits in Slipped until you pick a new date, and every move is kept — so the plan can’t quietly rewrite itself.

No notification, no auto-reschedule, no quiet edit. It sits in Slipped with the days counted until you give it a new date — and that move is kept, so you can see how the plan actually went.

Why it exists

I kept asking two questions of my own to-do list: “What do I need to do?” and “Why am I procrastinating?” A list that only ever shows what is left could answer neither.

Progask is my attempt at a board that answers both without being asked to: it reads your dates, shows this week, and keeps whatever slipped in plain view until you choose a new date. It is early, and I am testing whether people will plan in date ranges at all.

Questions

Is it free?
Yes, while it is in beta. We will write to you at least 30 days before anything changes.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Make a team board from the tabs over your board and invite people with a link. Each task stays with the one person who owns it.
Is there a phone app?
No app. The website is built to work on a phone.
What if I only set due dates?
One tap sets a single day. A second tap makes it a range. The board sorts by the end date.
Why can I not drag cards?
Position comes from dates, so there is nothing to move. Change the date and the card moves itself.
What email will you send me?
A code to confirm your address, one welcome note, and a reset code if you ask for one. If the beta stops being free, a notice 30 days before. Never marketing.

Start

Put a real week on it.

Give each task a start and an end. The board sorts them, and keeps what slipped where you can see it.

What we store

Your email, your name, a scrambled copy of your password, and the tasks you write. If you send an email from a card, that message and any replies are kept on the card. Your tasks are shown only to you, and to the people on a team board you add them to. They are never sold or used for ads. We use privacy-friendly analytics to see how the site is used. Details are in our Privacy page.

Emails we send, from noreply@progask.com: a code to confirm your address, one welcome note, reset codes when you ask, the connector link when you ask, and 30 days’ notice before the beta stops being free. Never marketing.

The difference is not features. A status board and a sheet both let a date be overwritten, so a plan can quietly become a plan that was never late. Progask cannot do that.
